Shipping Information

For Australian deliveries, please allow 7 working days delivery. Delivery is by courier and your signature is required upon delivery. We recommend a work address or PO Box if more convenient. Sorry no C.O.D's.

For international shipments, delivery will take up to 20 working days. We deliver via Air Mail. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. Sorry no C.O.D's or P.O. Boxes.

Duties for Overseas Customers including New Zealand

All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

Returns

When returning item(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of order date. Please note that garments must be unworn and unwashed in original conditions with all tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). We can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if requested.

Sale and discounted items: No refunds are possible on discounted items. Instead credit vouchers, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, will be issued for the purcahse amount (excluding shipping).

Exchanges

To exchange colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements. Please refer to the postage prices for redelivery within Australia and International. If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. Please note do not reuse the same courier bag.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

Important Information

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers available until stocks sell out.

We reserve the right:

• to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
• that all orders are subject to availability of stock
• to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
